Sounds like it could be the same stuff. John, I'm doing a bit of an experiment at the moment with NEO Keep Cool in my Land Rover which uses an OEM Caltex/Texaco OAT coolant 50/50 with tank water. I never had an overheating problem with that car, and it was a notorious model for overheating, even on mild days. I also ran a UK Swift, but I was sponsored by NEO so used their Keep Cool, which is very similar. (one of the Swift importers was bringing in Water Wetter) A lot of the Swift guys used water wetter, and they think it helped. Most small open wheelers come from the UK/Europe, had marginal cooling systems (weight and aerodynamics/drag) and don't cope with + 30*C weather well.
